I am an 82 year old male

I am an 82 year old male, my home is on lake property that is about an acre lot. There are several steps to get down to the dock, when I would come back up I would need to stop at the top and rest on the picnic table to catch my breath and let my heart slow down before I could finish the walk to the house. Now I have been able to walk back to the house without stopping.

Another example of how Genesis has helped me is we had cut down a couple big trees, after cleaning up the big stuff there were a lot of sticks to rake up. I went out one morning to get started on my project thinking I might get about a forth of the yard finished.

How I worked was I raked up the sticks put the sticks in a big garbage can, put it over my shoulder , carried it down to the fire pit. I made many trips back and forth. I was able to get the whole project finished. I was amazed myself, I couldn’t believe it. To top it off I wasn’t stiff or achy the next day.
